Clinically Silent Kalhun is the silent protagonist of PHYSCIA: all the forms of the Blue.
It's Half life story arc[]
According to the text at the beginning of the game, he is a recipient of the Australian of the Year award, and works in language research at Black Institute, probably Mesa Black. He apparently bears the title of Lord of the Rings. According to The Narrator, he spent time "swimming backwards" at "St. Martins 2" (there are a plethora of cities and universities known as St. Martins in the real world, so the precise location of this is unknown). He considers his own health to be a low priority.
A few of the Narrator's messages mention "the State;" if Kalhun shoots a coworker in the second chapter, it will mention "State Social Science." More revealing, however, is the final message before the credits, which says "The state is the best." Kalhun's disregard for his own health in contrast with his high regard for the State suggest that he holds Totalitarian political views.
Half Alive 2 story arc[]
Clinically Silent Kalhun reappears in Half Alive 2 with a new alias: Barna Drop.
